SELF-CARE WORKSHOP (Atlanta): Learn simple techniques to help bring balance and harmony into your busy life. First of a “lunch and learn”series. Thursday, 10/1/09 from 12:00-1:00 pm, Conference Room 117, adjacent to cafeteria. Bring your lunch and come and go as needed. Open to students, faculty & staff.
WOMEN'S GROUP (Atlanta): Looking for a safe place to share your thoughts and feelings, to find and offer support? Join our new Women’s Group on Thursdays, 4-5 p.m., in 217B Sheffield Student Center (Atlanta Campus). Facilitated by Kate Staley and Julie Cannon.
SELF-CARE & SPA DAY (Atlanta): Do something nice for yourself! Join us on Thursday, 10/29/09, from 11:30AM - 1:30pm, in 217B Sheffield Student Center. We'll have chair massage, hand massage, stress-reduction book display, teas & snacks, etc. FREE to students, faculty & staff.
WALK & TALK (Atlanta): Walk to relieve stress, clear your mind, meet others, and enjoy the outdoors. Come RAIN or SHINE! We'll walk the "Sheffield Mile" indoors on stormy days. Every Wednesday, 8:30-9:15 am, starting 9/16/09. Meet at the check-in desk downstairs in Sheffield. Open to students, faculty & staff.
SUPPORT GROUP (Douglas): Feel like it's raining stress? Here's a safe place to receive and offer support. We'll meet Wednesday, 9/30/09, from 4:00 - 5:30 pm in Conference Room 105. Come and go as needed. Open to students.
